Return Policy
General Guidelines
You may return or exchange an unused item in new condition within 14 days of delivery. All items must include original packaging. Items that are used or damaged may be denied a refund or exchange. All returns are at the discretion of the Calm Canvas team.
How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please email us at calmcanvasja@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
Return Exceptions
Clearance items cannot be returned.
Items returned incomplete or without the original packaging may be denied a refund or exchange.
Requesting a Refund
Refunds for canceled orders will generally be processed automatically.
For lost packages, refunds will not be issued until the claim is resolved with the carrier or the package is recovered.
Refunds will be issued less the return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed upon.
Exchanges
Products in new condition and in original packaging may be exchanged for items of equal value.
Customers in Alaska and Hawaii are responsible for shipping costs both ways.
Return Process Exceptions
Allow 3-5 business days for your return or exchange to be processed.
Refunds are typically issued to the original payment method.
Shipping charges incurred during the purchase are non-refundable. This includes return shipping costs unless covered by the customer.
